You gain the following benefits.
Speed Increase. Your Speed increases by 10 feet.
Swim Speed. You gain a Swim Speed equal to your Speed.
Amphibious. You can breathe air and water.
Elemental Summons. As a [actions]Magic[/actions] action, you can summon an Earth Elemental or Water Elemental. The elemental disappears if it is reduced to 0 Hit Points or after 1 hour. Once you use this benefit, you can’t use it again until you finish a Long Rest.
