Feat: Eldritch Apotheosis (Transcended)
Prerequisite: Wisdom score of 18 or higher
The Power: Architect of the Static
You have achieved a level of mental fortitude that allows you to perceive the mathematical "static" between planes. You do not cast a spell; you perform a Manual Override of reality. You can choose one of the following effects:
System Deletion: You point at a creature or object. It is instantly unmade. No saving throw is allowed unless the target is a Deity or Great Old One. The space it occupied becomes a permanent 5-foot patch of Black Static (Difficult Terrain; deals 2d10 Psychic damage).
Forced Evolution: You touch a willing creature. Their highest Ability Score permanently increases by +2 (up to a max of 22), but their skin begins to pulse with an unearthly glow, and they lose 20 Max Sanity permanently.
Reality Fold: You and up to 10 creatures are transported to any location on any plane. Unlike Plane Shift, you do not arrive at a destination; you "vibrate" the current location until it matches the destination.
