As a bonus action expend 1 Cursed energy point to manifest a lasso made of cursed energy, throw this lasso at a creature within 30 feet, they must make a Strength saving throw against your spell save DC or become restrained until they break free, at the end of each of their turns they repeat the strength save, a creature who fails is restrained and you can expend your movement to pull the creature towards you (at a 1:1 ratio of movement to pull)
