- You make a single d 20 roll.
- You may benefit from advantage once, if applicable.
- No rerolls, substitutions, or roll manipulation may affect this roll in any way.
- If the roll fails, the action is wasted.
If the attack hits or the saving throw fails:
- The damage is maximized + crit damage.

After the attack or effect is fully resolved, regardless of the outcome:
- You are immediately reduced to 0 hit points.
- You suffer one failed death saving throw.
This reduction cannot be prevented, delayed, or mitigated by any means, including (but not limited to):
- Death ward.
- Temporary hit points.
- Damage immunity.
- Damage reduction.
- Reactions, or features that would keep you conscious or auto succeed on a death saving throw.
