In the crusade towards freedom you must throw away all hesitancy and apathy, no holds barred to gather the will of people and revolt against that which controls. Hoist that banner of freedom and let fly the flag which tears down kings and tyrants. Blood will rain, and it will water the meadows of this beautiful world.
Your hit dice become d20s which you may add to checks made to sow discord, however your Aura of Protection no longer confers a bonus to saving throws to your allies. You can use a magic action to halve your maximum hit points (which can not be ignored) to summon a spectral guillotine, which is a large object (but no maximum height) with 20AC and hit points equal to the hit points reduced that exudes a 1 mile emanation.
NPCs within this area have their attitude shifted towards Hostile towards organizations (Friendly->Indifferent->Hostile), and may use the Cr 1/4 Anarch stat block in place of their own. When you succeed on a saving throw within this area you may expend a hit die to summon a Spirit of Anarchy, with the same rules as the Find Familiar spell to a maximum of six at once. As a bonus action you can release the guillotine blade and cut the head off a Spirit of Anarchy to use one of the following abilities:
Revival of Revolution. A spirit is burned in order to reignite the fire. NPCs of your choice within the area gain Temporary Hit Points equal to their maximum hit points which last an amount of minutes equal to the number rolled on the hit die. While they have these Temporary Hit Points, they are immune to the frightened and charmed conditions.
Start a Riot. With the dismissal of a spirit thus undergoes the dismantling of structure. NPCs of your choice within the area gain proficiency in improvised weapons, land critical hits against objects, gain a bonus to attack and damage rolls equal to your hit die and deal quadruple damage to objects and structures for one round.
Unity of Men. Only with everyone's action can great feats be achieved. You issue a command to willing NPCs within the area who then immediately take their turn after yours, moving from their previous initiative to directly after your own, and follow your command to the best of their ability (DM discretion).
Instead of sacrificing a Spirit of Anarchy you may use the guillotine on yourself ignoring any spell or ability which would instead set your hit points to any amount instead of killing you. When used this way, you may use the above abilities on any creatures of your choice and a spell such as raise dead which has the sole effect of restoring you to life requires half the usual material components to cast the spell on you.
For the purposes of this boon, NPCs are creatures which are not directly controlled/summoned by a player character.
