Born with either the side of resolution, or the side of apathy. Blessed with the touch of restoring things back to it's former state...
Can apply Minor Apathy as a bonus action on a melee attack, which gives disadvantage to strength and reduces movement by 1/3.
If landed twice, it becomes Moderate Apathy which adds an additional disadvantage to dexterity and constitution.
If landed twice again, it becomes Severe Apathy, which adds an additional disadvantage on wisdom and charisma, now taking 2d6 necrotic damage every other turn.
If landed twice once again, it becomes Total Apathy (also know. As return to nothing), in this state they gain disadvantage on all saves, checks, skills, halved movement, every other turn is skipped, and 2d12 necrotic damage at the start of each turn.
