Boon of Minor Apotheosis

You gain the following benefits.

     Ability Score Increase. You Increase all of your ability scores by 1, to a maximum of 30.

     Limited Wish. You can take a Magic action to cast any spell of level 4 or lower. When you cast the spell this way, it doesn't require a spell slot or Material components. You can also upcast a spell to 4th level using this Magic action. For example, you can cast Dispel Magic, a level 3 spell, as a level 4 spell. Your spell casting ability for these spells is your highest ability score. You can use this benefit once per Short Rest.

     Reactive Miracle. When you or a creature within 60 feet of you succeeds on or fails a D20 Test, you can roll 1d4 and apply the total rolled as a bonus or penalty to the d20 roll. Once you use this benefit, you can not do so again until you roll Initiative or finish a Short or Long Rest.
