Cunning Strike

As an action you can throw your dagger and do one of the following: Disarm set creature, or take slow set creature do half there movement speed on their next turn. You must beat the creatures AC+2 and the creature must pass a con save. The DC is 8+ dex mod + prof bonus. You will also cause 1D4 damage to set creature. You do not get to add a damage modifier to your attack while using this feat.
