With many years of research in your ancestry, you learned that a subspecies is able to remove their tails to escape from combat. Once as a reaction, you may remove your tail and take 1d4 damage to exit a creature attack of opportunity, or to fully dodge an attack. You can also apply a healing solution to your tail and when removed can be used to heal teammates from a distance. When your tail is removed it wont regrow until a long rest.
