Instant Retribution: When a creature within 5 feet of you misses you with a melee attack, you can use your reaction to make one unarmed strike against that creature.
Locked Frame: Once per long rest, when you hit a creature with the unarmed strike granted by this feat, you can spend 1 ki point to force it into a momentary lapse in timing. The target is paralyzed until the start of your next turn.
