• Weird Insight (3x/day) Gaze attack- Wisdom Saving Throw DC 17 (+1 for each Arcane Discovery) One creature the character can see within 120 ft. On a Failure, the character learns one nonobvious fact or secret about the target.
• See Invisibility (1x/day)
• Advantage on Wisdom (insight) checks
The Power of Secrets
Through this link, one can gain access to powerful magic from meaningful Secrets. The characters can collect and store secrets. The characters can then spend such secrets as currency.
• Revealing a secret for power requires one to whisper the secret onto the wind. Such an act removes the secret from the minds of all party members.
• Every character then gains advantage on d20 rolls for 1 minute.
• Any secret revealed using the arcane link can be learned again, but its power has been depleted.
If a secret is revealed by the characters to sentient creatures that do not have an arcane link to Vecna, then that secret’s power is drastically reduced obtaining no benefit, although the knowledge remains with all characters.
