Boon of Planar Judgement

As an action, you can transport another creature that you can see within 30 feet of you to a different plane of existence. An unwilling creature can make a contested Charisma check to resist the effect. If you choose, you (but not the target) can add your proficiency bonus to this check. Regardless, a creature that fails to resist this effect is transported to a plane of existence other than the one they are currently on.

You determine the plane of existence and can transport the target to a specific destination or a general location, though you can't directly harm a target. For example, if you desired to transport a creature that wasn't immune to fire into a lava lake on the elemental plane of fire, it would instead be transported onto the lake's shore.

You can also use this effect to transport yourself. When you do, you can leave behind a shadowy portal that lingers in the space you left for 1 minute. This portal transports anything that passes through it to your destination, and vice-versa.

Once you use this boon, you can’t use it again until you finish a short or long rest.
