You gain the following benefits:

• You can change all Lightning damage you deal into Cold damage.
• All Cold damage you deal applies 1 stack of Frostbite to your target. Upon reaching an amount of Frostbite equal to the targets Constitution modifier + 2 (minimum of 1), the afflicted target becomes vulnerable to Cold damage for 15 minutes. A creature can reset their Frostbite stacks by coming in contact with fire or by taking a Short Rest.
