You gain the following benefits.
Your Charisma, Wisdom, or Intelligence ability score increases by 1, to a maximum of 20.
False Cantrip. Learning to lessen the energy use of a spell to turn it into a single Cantrip, you can pick from: (If Paladin, then Cleric Spell List), (If Ranger, then Wizard Spell List).
Compound Spells. You can add Spell Slots together to use as up-casting material using basic addition, as in a Level One Spell Slot, and another Level One Spell Slot would count as a Level Two Spell slot. They don’t need to match, the addition could be from any two or more Spell Slots to use for the purpose of upcasting to levels which your half caster self wouldn’t be able to reach naturally.
Magical Studies. You gain Proficiency with Arcana, if you already had proficiency you instead gain Expertise.
