Red Mage

As a Red Mage, you are the vital bridge between martial prowess and the 4 Elemental Crystals. By weaving Black and White Magic into your repertoire, you harmonize destructive strikes with restorative grace.

Crystal Magic.

The crystals have granted you access to the ancient Black & White Magic, gaining the following benefits:

Crystal's Chosen. Your spirit harmonizes further with the Four Crystals as your journey unfolds. Starting at Level 3 your soul unlocks a New Tier of Crystal Magic. This allows you to learn and cast level 2 Crystal Magic spells from the Black & White Magic spell list. Choose two 2nd Level Crystal Magic spells from the Black and White Magic Spell lists. 

Seared Spell. When you choose your Crystal Magic spells they are permanently etched in your mind. The only way to change which Crystal Magic spells you know is to find a Black or White Magic Shop that sells tomes of ancient magic. Studying one of these tomes during a long rest replaces one spell with the spell in the tome, the tome is destroyed once you complete this process as the crystals magic sears a new spell into your mind. Alternatively you can use these tomes to learn a third 2nd Level spell of each level.
