Improved Silent Casting

You have completely mastered the art of Silent Casting. Opponents now make any Spell Save against you at Disadvantage. Add your Sleight of Hand Modifier to your Spell Save DC.

Ability Score Increase: Increase your Dexterity, Intelligence, Wisdom, or Charisma by 1, to a maximum of 20.

Proficient Silent Casting: Using your Proficiency in Sleight of Hand, you have learned to minimize your movements (Somatic components) while casting. You may now cast your spells even while Silenced. If opponents succeed on a Perception Check (vs your Spell Save DC), they may try to counter your spell.

Expert Silent Casting: If you also have an Expertise in Sleight of Hand, you can completely hide your movements and use of material components. You may now cast your spells even if you are tied up or Prone. Opponents' Perception Checks and counter spells (from Proficient Silent Casting) are at Disadvantage.
