You are adept at finding and dealing with in the black market. Not every City has one, but when they do you can find it and make deals that would normally break the bank. To sale items on the Black market requires a minimum of 3 days to move the item. You can find just about anything on the Black Market if your willing to wait the time to get it. It is up to the DM weather an Item is obtainable in the black market and if it is, it is up to them to determine how long it will take to receive the said item.
Every thing is for sale on the blackmarket, not just items but Identities, information, even some of the more gursome things that only the denizens of the dark would care for.
You may increase either Charisma score by 1 to a maximum of 20.
