Echo of Annam’s Trial

Having remade one of the Runes that shaped the planes, the act of forging has left a permanent mark on it's former wielder.  Once per long rest, the bearer of this mark can summon the now spectral trial-adze to empower a single melee attack, as a reaction, which adds a +3 bonus to the attack and damage roll. The attack also deals and additional 3d12 force damage, whether or not the attack hits.
