Prerequisite: You have been deemed incompetent by consensus or DM
The Curse of Incompetency is granted to a player by the DM if they did something or became so incompetent that it affects the campaign in a major way. This could be having a one-shot party deal with the BBEG of the main campaign party, or a player calling out things that could affect the party in major ways. This is made to be a way to punish players.
The Curse of Incompetency curses a character until it is lifted by doing a task that proves your competence. All d20 rolls made by a character have a -5 to them.
