V2 Cursed Technique "Light Manipulation"

You have learned how to manipulate light, as an action you can expend a cursed energy to either amplify the light of a 10 foot circle causing all creatures within except you to make a con save against your spell save DC or be blinded, they repeat this save at the start of their turn and this light lasts 1 minute, alternatively you can make the area devoid of light causing the area to be filled with magical darkness for a minute

When casting this affected creatures by light if fail con saves take proficiency bonus d4's of cursed radiant 

When casting this affected creatures by darkness make con save against spell save DC if fail take proficiency bonus d4's of cursed necrotic.
