Prerequisite: Requires a Wisdom score of 13 or higher and to be a Cleric

Though Kelemvor despises the unnatural extension of life, he understands that sometimes his servants must carry the taint of undeath to destroy greater evils or bring order to chaotic undead. You have been granted a unique, tempered blessing—a burden that allows your vampiric hunger to serve the natural cycle of death rather than selfish destruction.
Benefits:
  • Tempered Undeath: Your vampiric abilities are sanctioned by the Judge of the Damned. You gain resistance to necrotic damage. Additionally, when you deal damage using a Vampirism domain spell or feature, you may choose to deal radiant damage instead of necrotic damage.
  • Judicial Bite: When you use your fangs to bite a creature (or use Vampiric Touch), you can choose to imbue the attack with "Kelemvor’s Weighing." The target must succeed on a Wisdom saving throw (DC = 8 + proficiency + Wisdom modifier). On a failure, the target is stunned until the start of your next turn as it faces the judgment of the soul. You can use this feature a number of times equal to your Wisdom modifier (minimum of once), regaining all uses on a long rest.
  • Soul-Binding Rest: When you finish a long rest, you may designate one corpse within 30 feet of you. Kelemvor ensures its soul passes to the Fugue Plane, preventing it from being turned into undead by other creatures. In return for this service, you regain hit points equal to your Cleric level + Wisdom modifier.

As a Doomguide of the Vampirism Domain, you do not feed on the innocent to sate your thirst. Instead, you drain the necrotic energy from those who refuse to die, or from creatures that have lingered in undeath for too long. Your eyes glow with a cool, green light when you strike, and the bite of your fangs tastes of iron and final judgment.
