Your reptilian physiology allows you to regenerate from your injuries at a more rapid rate than many creatures. When you expend a hit die, you regain HP equal to the maximum number you could roll on that hit die + your level. Given a month of sufficient rest and food, you can regenerate severed limbs and recover from damage to your ability scores.
Your reptilian metabolism requires that you eat at least ten percent of your body weight every day. You can go a number of days equal to 3 + your Constitution modifier without food before suffering a level of exhaustion and losing the ability to regenerate as long as you have a level of exhaustion. Standard starvation rules apply after this point.
Being ectothermic, you are susceptible to cold damage. Whenever your body is subjected to cold damage, you must succeed a Constitution save equal to 8 + your Proficiency bonus + your Constitution modifier or have your movement speed halved and gain disadvantage on your attacks until you spend a short rest in a warm area such as in the presence of the campfire or in the sun.
