```After countless adventures and close calls with death, you finally manage to harness the energy of their and your own demise into an advantage for yourself.```
You have learned to inscribe your will into the blood of your enemies, marking them as yours to break.
Once per turn, when you deal damage to a creature, you may mark it with your blood (no action required). The mark lasts for 1 minute and ends early if you mark a different creature.
While a creature is marked:
- You always know its location as long as it’s on the same plane as you.
- Your attacks and spells against it ignore resistance to necrotic damage.
- The marked creature has disadvantage on attack rolls against you and cannot gain advantage on those attacks.
- When you damage your marked creature, you may deal additional necrotic damage equal to your Charisma modifier + your proficiency bonus.
- When your marked creature forces you to make a saving throw, you may use your reaction to succeed and end the mark.
- If your marked creature hits you with an attack, you may deal necrotic damage to it equal to your Charisma modifier.
- When your marked creature drops to 0 hit points, you regain hit points equal to your Charisma modifier + your sorcerer level.
Crimson Verdict
Once per long rest, you may fully invoke your mark for 1 minute. While active:
- Your marked creature has disadvantage on saving throws against your spells and Hemomancy effects.
- The first time each turn you deal necrotic damage to it, you regain hit points equal to your Charisma modifier.
- When you deal damage to it you regain 1 hit die.
- Your marked creature cannot move away from you.
- Immunity to necrotic damage becomes resistance.
When this effect ends, you gain one level of exhaustion.
