Boon Adam - Asklepian Seps

At the start of combat initiative you gain a pool of Serpent Charges equal to your proficiency bonus + Constitution modifier. You gain one charge at the start of your turn. As part of a melee hit, ranged hit, or when a creature grapples you, you can expend 1 charge to deliver a toxin of your choice. The target makes a saving throw (DC = 10 + your Constitution modifier + proficiency bonus).

On a failure, choose one effect:

• the target takes 20d6 acid or poison damage, half damage on success
• becomes paralyzed or unconscious, your choice, repeat the save at the end of each of its turns
• becomes charmed by you for 1 minute, repeat save each turn
• is afflicted with a lethal toxin that forces a second failed Constitution save at the end of its next turn or it dies.
• Instead of harming, you may cause the toxin to restore 20d6 hit points to a creature you touch.

You may augment a toxin by expending 1 additional charge to apply an additional effect:

• create a 20-foot-radius burst cloud where creatures of your choice must succeed on an constitution save at the start of their turns or take 10d6 acid damage and prevents healing until the start of their next turn, half damage on a success
• emit a 120-foot-radius antimagic surge where creatures of your choice must succeed on an Intelligence save at the start of their turns or be unable to cast spells and risk magic item suppression until the start of their next turn.
• create a 30-foot-radius by 100 foot tall cylinder of toxic miasma where creatures of your choice must succeed on a constitution save at the start of their turns or reduces all immunities to resistances until the start of their next turn.

You can only have one toxin used for each triggering instance and one augment active at a time. A creature that rolls a natural 1 on a save to a toxin always fails. A creature that succeeds on a save is immune to your toxins and anugments until the start of your next turn.
