When you cast a spell you can use a reaction to bind and additional spell. Roll an INT save against your own DC. On a failure, nothing happens and the spell is cast as normal. On a success, you cast the binded spell right after the first spell is cast. It must be of a lower level than the original spell and consumes a spell slot as normal.
