You gain the following benefits.
Once per turn you before you make a weapon attack you can additionally announce your attempt to perform a great deed. This deed can range from slashing with precise aim of your sword to cripple an adversaries limb to notching 3 separate arrows on a bow to hit 3 separate goons in a single shot. The DM has final say on whether or not the proposed deed is appropriate for a character of your level. You may then roll your attack, with a hit, roll your deed dice. On a 3 or higher you succeed, anything less you make a regular weapon attack as normal. You have a number of Deed dice equal to your proficiency bonus.
