Elite Dual Wielding Warrior Image
Prerequisite: Requires a Strength score of 23 or higher, proficiency with martial weapons, have extra attack, and be at least 9th level

You have honed your body to do inhuman feats of strength, and are now capable of wielding two weapons most struggle to wield on their own.

You gain the following benefits.

Elite Dual Wielding. As long as you have two hands free, you are able to dual wield two-handed and/or heavy weapons. This does not allow you to make an extra attack with a bonus action like normal dual wielding. This does allow you to apply any advantages you gain from using heavy or two-handed weapons, and weapon masteries.

Mighty Blows. While using elite dual wielding, you are able to do a particularly devastating blow. As an action, make two attacks with your weapons against one creature within reach of both weapons, when you do subtract 5 from both attack rolls. If both weapons hit, add an additional 15 damage to the total damage. This damage has whichever of the two damage types would deal the most damage to the creature. (ex: You swing a magic greataxe and a greatsword using Mighty Blow at an enemy with resistance to non-magical damage. The additional 15 damage would be magical slashing damage.) You may only use this ability once per turn. You may use Mighty Blows a number of times equal to your proficiency bonus, regaining all uses on a Long Rest.

Dual Riposte. While using elite dual wielding, you are able to strike at the heart of a creature when they fumble. If a creature within melee reach of both weapons attempts to hit you or an ally with an attack and gets a critical failure, you are able to use your Mighty Blows ability as a reaction.

Quick Draw. You can draw or stow two weapons when you would normally be able to draw or stow only one.
