You get a rush of energy when you kill. Killing a creature grants you 1 extra turn. Killing multiple creatures during your turn does not grant you multiple extra turns, and killing a creature during your extra turn does not grant another extra turn. During your extra turn, add your proficiency bonus to your attack rolls.
An extra turn is exactly what it sounds like. It's different from an extra action, or extra bonus action. An extra turn basically means all of your actions, bonus actions, reactions, speed, etc are effectively refreshed, as if this was your next turn. Any effects that are dependent on turn count will not apply to this extra turn (for example, if you don't attack a Vexed target during this extra turn, Vex will still be afflicted on the target).
To this day, it is still Seele's turn...

Posted Apr 5, 2026I think you should limit this to 1/day and set the prerequisite higher. This is comparable to the 17th level thief feature except anyone can get it 9 levels earlier.
I would also remove the bonus to attack rolls, assuming you mean this gives the player 'expertise' with attacks.

Posted Apr 6, 2026Understandable, but a dm could easily play around this by using only a few stronger enemies in an encounter (bosses etc.) or could also lie (preferably not though) about hp, saying a creature “barely managed to hang on at like 1 hp”, if it does get out of hand.
Raising the level prereq, yeah this can be kinda broken at mid/low level, so does bumping it up to needing 12 levels as a prerequisite work? I don’t want to wait too long in order to use this lol (considering my character is at lvl 5).
And with the proficiency bonus, I meant that as adding base damage, like how the Alert feat adds your proficiency to your initiative. This was done to be more authentic to the source material. How would you word that so it’s less confusing?
why tf am i writing this like an email lol
