Undead Command

Able to command a certain number of Undead as if using the Command spell no save required, up to 3 times a day.

Level 3 up to 1 CR worth of Undead this number increases by 1 at levels 8 (2),12 (3),16 (4) and 20 (5). 

This feat can only be obtained from Vecna as a supernatural gift.
