Fragment of the big seagull

Fragment of Borrowed Things
A feather granted by a seagull-like entity after you caught its attention or aided it. This fragment grants abilities reflecting the creature’s opportunistic and chaotic nature.

Speak Seagull
You can communicate in Seagull. You understand other seagulls and may attempt to convey simple concepts, though they may ignore you.

Petty Theft
You can assert a temporary claim over unattended objects.
As a magic action, summon a small seagull (AC 10, HP 5) to retrieve one unattended object within 30 feet that is not worn or carried.
The seagull moves in a manner inconsistent with reality, and will never take the fastest possible route towards you.
You choose whether the object arrives in your hand or at your feet.
This process takes 12 seconds.

Call the Flock
You can attract seagulls, or seagull-like manifestations, to your aid.
 Once per long rest, spend 1 uninterrupted minute focusing to summon a flock of seagulls for 10 minutes.
If no nearby or willing seagulls exist, you get intangible fake seagulls.
 While the flock is present, you:
 Gain a bonus equal to half your proficiency bonus to Intimidation checks.
Have disadvantage on Perception checks
gain a fly speed equal to your speed.
This effect ends immediately if you roll for initiative.if you are in the air when this happens, you descend safely to the ground at a rate of 30ft at the start of your turns.

Greedy Instinct
Your connection to the fragment affects your attention.
The first time each day you see:
* food,
* a shiny object, or
* a small unattended item,
You must succeed on a DC 15 Wisdom saving throw or become briefly distracted and fixate on acquiring it.
