Debilitate

Once per turn, when you hit a creature with a Monk weapon or an Unarmed Strike, you can expend 1 Focus Point to debilitate it. Until the start of your next turn, the next time that creature makes a physical attack, the damage of that attack is reduced by half. This effect does not stack.
