Prerequisite: Dragonborn or Kobold. Wisdom score of 13 or higher
All draconic creatures have some essence of true dragons. You learn to tap into that essence bringing you closer to that of a true dragon. You gain the following benefits.
- You can grow or retract wings on a bonus action which give you a flying speed equal to you current speed. You can't do this while wearing armor unless it is specially tailored to allow wings.
- You gain blindsight up to 10ft
