You were raised under the twisted care of a hag who sees you as both a pawn and a prized possession. In exchange for your freedom, and unknown to others, you owe her a dark service: to watch over a specific individual and report their fate to her.
When that person dies, you must deliver their blood to the hag to fulfill your debt—or the hag vowed to take the blood of your sister instead, condemning her to enteral slavery.
The hag made you vow never to tell others about this deal, before plucking out her own eye and sewing it into your socket. Sporadically, you feel a cold tug in your skull as though the hag is watching through you.
Hag-Touched Resilience: The hag's blood runs in your veins, and her will shields your mind. You gain resistance to necrotic damage and have advantage on saving throws against being charmed or frightened.
Hag's Whisper: The hag taught you to listen before you speak. As a bonus action, you can cast Detect Thoughts on a creature you can see within 30 feet. You can do this a number of times equal to your proficiency bonus, regaining all uses after a long rest.
Hag's Eye: You gain darkvision out to 60 feet. Additionally, as an action, you can focus your hag-touched sight on a creature within 60 feet. You learn whether that creature is under the effect of any illusion, transmutation, or shape-changing effect, and you see its true form. You can use this once per long rest. This eye constantly glows faintly green, but brightly when you use this ability.
