Hijack

Born with the ability to pry the very magic from others hands, you gain the following effects:

As a reaction, you attempt to Hijack the spell of one enemy within 60 feet that is targeting you or an ally with a spell. The selected creature makes a Charisma saving throw against your Spell Save DC. 

On a failed save, the creature is Hijacked. The spell cast is disarmed, and you gain one cast of the disarmed spell as a bonus action. You cannot cast the spell until your next turn. You must cast the spell at the start of your next turn with the same requirements, using CHA as your spellcasting modifier or the spell cast is lost.

On a successful save, the creature rebukes your attempt to Hijack. The creature is not Hijacked and you face a mental block. You must finish a Long Rest to remove the mental block and attempt another Hijack. 

• You may use the Hijack feature once on a target once per long rest. You may only attempt to Hijack a creature, if a save has not been passed, up to your Charisma Modifier. (Maximum 5) You may attempt to Hijack more than one target if you have not failed a Hijack in 24 hours. You may only attempt to Hijack a target once per turn, and cannot Hijack a target that is already Hijacked.
• You may Hijack any creature casting a spell at your spell casting level or lower that is targeting you or an ally. The target does not need to be willing but must concious. 
• Hijacked spells are cast as an bonus action, but cannot be cast the same turn they are Hijacked. If there is no possible target within the spells required range, the spell fails and the Hijack is lost.
• A Hijacked spell may only be used once. The spell is lost if the target passes their CHA save to rebuke the Hijack, if the targets HP becomes 0, or if on your next turn after Hijacking you do not use the Hijacked Spell.
• Spell-like abilities cannot be Hijacked. Features and Traits cannot be Hijacked. You may Hijack any spell that requires the use of a spell slot. The spell does not need to be known by you, or of your classes spell list.
