Intuitive leaps are your footsteps. You gain the following benefits.
- Increase your Intelligence or Wisdom score by 1, to a maximum of 20.
- Modified by the complexity of the situation, you can spend 10 minutes examining a situation that has occurred within a number of days equal to your Intelligence modifier (minimum 1 day) with the goal of reconstructing what happened. If the event involves magic or weapons you don't know of, this information may be partially or completely incorrect. This might take the form of a murder scene in which you can extrapolate where the killer escaped to following the murder.
- Modified by the complexity of the situation, you can extrapolate a number of minutes equal to your intelligence modifier into the future, concerning the actions and reactions of nearby creatures to a familiar stimulus, given sufficient familiarity with their behavioral patterns. This stimulus might take the form of a fire in a tavern, guards' reactions to an unexpected sound, or how your companions might react to an outlandish accusation.
