By making a binding vow with yourself, you must abide by the following rules.
- You cannot use Divine Flames on multiple targets outside of Malevolent Shrine
- You must have used Cleave and Dismantle at least twice each to use Divine Flames at all.
By abiding by these rules, you gain the following abilities.
- Inside Malevolent Shrine, Divine Flames covers the entirety of the Domain. The pressure is increased, dealing 10d10 extra damage due to the resulting thermobaric explosions.
