First Speaker of Istfan

Feeril's Prestige 1 Feature

You've developed new powers as part of your lessons from the First Speaker, giving you the following abilities:

• When you cast find greater steed, you can summon a dragonnel instead of the normal options. When you do, this dragonnel gains the ability to speak and has resistance to thunder damage.
• Whenever you'd use a draconic breath (such as that granted by a Dragon's Wrath Weapon), you can change the damage type to thunder and cause it to originate from either yourself or your conjured steed.
• You are now proficient in Draconic Sign Language, an esoteric language used by roughly a dozen people across the globe. This language cannot be taught.
