Granted after consuming a dark elixir created by a powerful vampire lord, this feat suffuses your body with unholy vigor, echoing the unnatural resilience of the undead.  Your muscles tighten with unnatural strength, and your heartbeat slows to a deathly cadence. For a moment, death itself loosens its grip on you. You gain the following benefits:

• Increase your Strength score by 2.
• You gain resistance to necrotic damage.

• You gain the Vampiric Fortitude trait:

  Vampiric Fortitude. When you are reduced to 0 hit points, you can instead use a reaction to drop to 1 hit point instead. You can use this trait once per long rest
