Heightened Senses

Prerequisite: Wisdom 13 or higher

You have honed your awareness of subtle vibrations in the ground, allowing you to perceive movement through physical resonance.

While you are in contact with a solid surface (such as earth, stone, or similarly rigid material), you can sense vibrations through that surface.

Within 15 feet of you, you can sense creatures and objects that are also in contact with the same surface.

Benefit

• You can pinpoint the location of any creature or object within 15 feet of you that is in contact with the same surface.
• You perceive such creatures and objects as dim, indistinct silhouettes.
• You can determine a creature’s general state (such as standing, prone, or moving), but not fine details such as facial features, markings, or carried equipment specifics.
• Creatures and objects detected through this feat are treated as if they were in dim light, regardless of actual lighting conditions.

Limitations

This feature does not function for creatures or objects that are:

• Flying, levitating, or otherwise not in contact with the same surface
• Incorporeal or in an ethereal state
• Fully separated from the ground or surface (such as suspended objects or airborne creatures)
• Beyond 15 feet of you
