  • You gain proficiency with alchemist’s tools. In addition, choose one from the following: herbalism kit or poisoner’s kit.
  • Choose Intelligence, Wisdom, or Charisma. This becomes your Alchemy ability. You use this ability score whenever an alchemical feature or item refers to your “Alchemy modifier.”
  • Alchemical Crafter: When you finish a long rest, you can create a number of alchemical items (such as acid, alchemist’s fire, antitoxin, holy water, potion of healing, etc. from the adventuring gear table) equal to your proficiency bonus. The gold cost to create these items is halved for you. You can also create a number of items equal to half your proficiency Bonus (rounded down) during a short rest. When you gain this feat, you also start with a number of such alchemical items equal to your proficiency bonus+ Alchemy modifier.
  • Chemical Weapons: You gain proficiency with vials and flasks as improvised weapons. They have the finesse and thrown properties.
    • Range: Short range = 10 × your Alchemy modifier (minimum 10) in feet, long range = 15 × your Alchemy modifier.
    • On a hit, the vial deals 1 piercing damage + your Strength or Dexterity modifier (your choice).
    • The target must then make a saving throw against the substance (DC = 8 + your proficiency bonus + your Alchemy modifier).
