Trade Initiative (Teamwork feat)

Are you bad at rolling? Wanna go first, or last in combat? Then do I have the feat for you! Once per initiative roll you can trade your Initiative with any of your allies (but only if they agree to the trade).  Allowing you to position yourself more strategically in the lineup. Feat does not stack.

(You may only trade initiative immediately after rolling the die and before the enemies initiative is known in the line up.)
