Transformation Feat
Prerequisite: None (but requires a ceremonial or magical transition process that is permanent)
Repeatable: No
Ability Score Increase: Increase your Charisma score by 1, to a maximum of 20.
You undergo a permanent magical transition to a female body (regardless of your original gender). Your appearance becomes extraordinarily refined, and your charm is significantly enhanced.
Permanent Transformation.
Your gender becomes female. This change is magical and irreversible – no magic short of a wish spell can reverse it, and even then the wish must be made within 24 hours of the transition. Your physical statistics (height, weight, build) adjust to a female form of your species, and your voice, facial features, and body proportions become more exquisite and alluring. Your height increases slightly (1d4 inches).
Enhanced Appeal.
You gain advantage on Charisma (Persuasion) checks made to seduce or attract attention, and on Charisma (Performance) checks involving physical appeal (e.g., dancing, posing). Additionally, creatures that see you for the first time often have a favorable initial attitude toward you (DM may adjust starting disposition by one step, e.g., from indifferent to friendly).
Note for DMs. This feat is primarily roleplaying and cosmetic. The Charisma increase and advantage are the mechanical benefits. The transition can be tied to a story event or a magic item.
