You have sparked Lolth's Interest.
He who has Lolths interest is able to watch a group of people or to sneak through a gathered crowd undiscovered and may take an Insight check to discover their power structure and darkest secrets. Alas, as it is Lolths wish to cull the weak, you will feel the urge to kill the most powerful being among them to seed unrest among the living within three days. If you fail, you suffer 3d6 psychic damage and have an exhaustion level until you take a long rest. But if you succeed three times, lolth rewards you with instant death for a person or creature of your choosing.
