Your connection to universal powers beyond yourself has granted you spectacular powers. 

you may do this:

You use your immense unpredictable psionic powers to warp the fabric of reality into a compressed point that is a 1inch wide 1 inch tall orb that hovers between  your palms, and it cannot be touched unless you want to take 1000000000d100 psychic damage. You require concentration to achieve this, and if your concentration lasts for more than 30 seconds you take 10d20 necrotic damage, taking 10d20 more damage every 30seconds. if you purposefully end your concentration (no action required, on your turn or immediately after another creature's turn), or another source ends it, the orb explodes in the specified range emanating from the orb, dealing every creature in that range 4d20 force damage no matter what. You are not counted as in range unless you are unconscious or incapacitated.
