The Lycan Arm Natural Weapon — Order of the Lycan Blood Hunter

Your time among the werewolves has left a permanent mark. One arm has fully embraced the beast — clawed, furred, and monstrous — remaining in its transformed state even when the rest of you does not. It is not a weapon you carry. It is a weapon you are.

Damage: 1d6 slashing Type: Natural weapon (replaces unarmed strike) Modifier: Dexterity (treated as finesse) Proficiency: Yes — counts as a weapon attack

Passive Traits

Feral Grip. You can grapple with advantage using the Lycan Arm. While grappling a creature, your Lycan Arm attacks against that creature deal an extra 1d4 damage.

Crimson Rite. The Lycan Arm is treated as your weapon for all Crimson Rite purposes. When a rite is active, the energy visibly crawls up the arm in a way that is deeply unsettling to those who witness it.

Hybrid Transformation Synergy

While in Hybrid Form, the Lycan Arm is enhanced:

  • Damage increases to 1d8 slashing
  • The arm gains the Reach property as it extends grotesquely
  • This replaces and upgrades the standard Hybrid Form claws

Drawbacks

The Arm Has Urges. When you roll a 1 on an attack with the Lycan Arm, the beast briefly takes over. You must use your reaction to make a second attack against the nearest creature — friend or foe.

Visible & Unsettling. The arm cannot be hidden beneath normal clothing without heavy concealment. NPCs in Barovia react with fear or hostility. Werewolves and pack creatures may recognize it as a mark of belonging.

Silver Pain. Any silver damage targeting the arm is dealt at maximum dice value rather than rolled. Silver weapons are common enough in Barovia that this has real teeth.
