Prerequisite: Proficiency with heavy armor Proficiency with medium armor
You can use your armor to deflect strikes that would kill others. You gain the following benefits
- While wearing medium or heavy armor you are proficient in, bludgeoning, piercing, and slashing damage that you take is reduced by your proficiency bonus.
- Armor which you are proficient in doesn't impose disadvantage on your Stealth checks.
- You may ignore the minimum Strength requirement of armor you are proficient in.
