General Feat (Prerequisite: Level 4+)
After spending enough time in a location, you gain access to their people, their secrets, and their shortcuts. You gain the following benefits:
Ability Score Increase. Increase your Intelligence or Charisma score by 1, to a maximum of 20.
Tell Me More. You gain Proficiency in the Investigation skill.
The Road Less Travelled. While you are in an urban environment (such as a city or settlement), and aren't in combat, you and your allies can travel between any two locations within that environment twice as fast as your speed would normally allow.
I Know A Guy. While you are in a location you have lived in, regularly visited, or spent at least 7 days within, you can always find a contact with access to information or resources that would otherwise be unavailable to you. At the DM's discretion, roll an ability check using a skill that is relevant to the resource you are looking for - on a success, you can find someone with access to that resource.
