Domain Expansion: Temple Of Tribute Image

Congrats through some jujutsu shenanigans you have learned to cast an incomplete domain before you should be able to.

Casting: Action to cast at the cost of half your cursed energy or 3 cursed energy, whichever is greater, at the start of each of your turns you may pay 1 additional cursed energy to continue manifesting your domain, if you don't pay the 1 (mtg reference, draw a card) your domain de-manifests

Flavor: Temple of Tribute manifests a religious temple around the user and puts the user upon a throne of gold (one square size) and wearing religious garments of the user's choice and a spectral crown made of divine jewels manifests on the users head.

Base Domain effects: your cursed techniques if they are to hit always hit (still roll to see if you crit), your cursed techniques that are save based have their DC's raised by 10. All of your cursed techniques that require an action or bonus action to cast can be casted for free. Free action cursed techniques can be cast for free once per turn. No cursed tool abilities cannot be cast for free. The caster of the domain also has a +3 to AC and saves. All cursed techniques have their damage or healing increased by 10 or their duration increased by 1 round, casters choice

Consistent Effects: Those in the domain who have tribute demanded of them must provide it for as long as you are on the throne. While you are on the throne at the start of each creature's turn you may choose to demand tribute (unless the "cruel tribute effect is in place") they choose to provide tribute in one of 3 ways

Disclaimer: none of these forms of tribute take actions, bonus actions, or reactions from the victim

  •   Blood: A sacrificial dagger is given to the victim and they stab themselves with it causing the user to take the casters level of d4 in cursed piercing damage, damage dealt this way cannot be reduced beyond half of the damage (if a target with immunity to piercing chooses blood they still take half of the damage).
  • Tithe: All non-magic items on the user and magic items that are very rare rarity and below and not cursed are taken from the user and appear in front of the throne
  • Worship: The victim falls prone into a bowing position towards the throne, for each Worshipping creature the caster of the domain receives a +2 to all d20 rolls

Penalties of an incomplete domain (invalid at level 14+). You suck at domains, so you roll 2d8 to see which ways your domain sucks. The first 6 are general flaws while the last 2 are flaws specific to your domain

  1. No barrier. Your domain lacks a barrier, meaning your opponent can leave the effective range of 30 feet, though this may be mitigated by using an indoor area to force the formation of a barrier
  2.  No sure hit. Your cursed technique is not guaranteed to hit, and so you must roll or have the opponent make saving throws against your normal save DC.
  3. Imperfect domain. Due to you imperfection your domain costs 2 cursed energy points to keep expanded
  4. No buffs. You do not gain access to the +10 damage/healing rolls, nor do you gain the +3 to armor class
  5. Fragile barrier. It can be broken from the outside and has an armor class of 15 and 50 hp. Certain cursed techniques can break domains from inside and out no matter the condition of the domain
  6. Costly domain. Your domain puts such a strain on your mind that, in addition to the cursed energy cost, you take 1d8 psychic damage for every round your domain is expanded.
  7. Cruel Tribute. You lose the ability to choose who pays tribute. All but you must pay tribute including your allies
  8. Heavy Crown. The spectral crown weighs heavy confining you to your throne, you can't take actions or move on your turn but have resistance to all damage
