The Curse Assisted Targeting System is a Fallout clan cursed technique passed down to members of the clan to fight irradiated beasts in New Mexico. The founder of the clan "The mysterious stranger" founded the clan after the trinity site nuclear testing but died to radiation poisoning in 1946. Legends say he comes to aid those who use his C.A.T.S technique
As you make a ranged weapon attack but before you roll your to hit you may choose to use CATS by expending 2 cursed energy. You gain or lose a to hit bonus based off of distance. If you exceed the targets AC by 15 or more you crit. After the attack roll a d10 and subtract your "Luck Score" if you hit the attack or a d4 and subtract your "Luck Score" if you missed the attack. On a 1 or lower a new Mexico folk legend called "The Mysterious Stranger" appears and shoots your target with a .44 magnum. The target takes your level in d6's+level of cursed piercing damage.
