In the fallout clan there is a technique that allows you to turn copious amounts of cursed energy into pure luck. As an action expend any even of number of cursed energy, you gain half that many luck points. All D20 checks you make add your luck points to them, and these luck points can interact with fallout clan related stuff.
Ricochet: As you are hit by a ranged attack you may use your reaction to roll a d6, subtract your luck points from the number rolled and if the amount is 0 or lower the attack ricochet off of your helmet and hits the person who fired the attack at you.
Your supposed to be dead: While at 10 hp or lower you have +10 luck points
